This document was developed to describe the Key Elements of a Pharmacist Practice Management System Ecosystem, which is one of the three dimensions of a Pharmacist Professional Patient Care Practice (the other two dimensions being the Philosophy of Care and the Pharmacists’ Patient Care Process). The release of this document also complements the May 2025 revision of the Pharmacists’ Patient Care Process.
